Recommended reading before using Claim Check and Utilities.
Current Versions: For Excel 2007 & later, CC2 v 4.7; for Excel 2003, CK2 v 4.5
Please make sure you download the 'Claim Check' format appropriate to your edition of Excel AND BEFORE downloading, click "Shift" and then "F5" in the top row of your computer keyboard to ensure the download completes correctly!
Beginning with v 2.6, Claim Check now supports both 32- and 64-bit Excel
RESOURCES: Three 'utilities' complement the Claim Check suite:
Claim Check Utilities (XLS format) for Excel 2003
"UPDATE" is issued on an as-needed basis when the current update contains only minor revisions. Unzip the UPDATE utility to the folder containing Claim Check, open the Update file and click 'Update' - seconds later, you're done!
"I Declare" is designed for web-based declarations. Data may be entered manually or based on prior data entry at 'My Defaults' and 'Saved Way Points' pages. Submission options: by smart phone photo & web app; or by computer, via electronic document (PDF, XPS, or Word); or by screen shot user-pasted into any MS compatible document.
"Data Manager" handy storage of not only saved Way Points but also calibration data. Use it to (1) migrate from an archived spreadsheet to a newly updated version; and (2)
import new Way Points from the World Wide Soaring Turn Point Exchange
at http://soaringweb.org/TP.

If you're using an Excel version prior to 2007 and downloaded new CK files for v 1.192 before 12:30 UTC on September 13: I apologize, but one Claim Check workbook is flawed.Please re-download v 1.192 again, and replace your existing Ab.xls workbook with the freshly-downloaded copy of Ab.xls. Thanks for the heads up, John!
